If an item you received is defective from shipping damage or incorrect we require picture verification within the 14-days warranty after your order is paid for.

I contacted Mesawell and they immediately, with no drama, replaced the board, free of shipping charges, etc. I was very pleased with their response, and the new board arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful.
